Q310 trackpad buttons broken

Hello. Both the buttons below my trackpad are now broken and only occasionally respond to clicks. Any idea how to fix this? My laptops out of warranty by now. Alternatively is it possible to do a right click using just the trackpad, like the way you can tap it to left click? Thanks.

Have a look in 'Mouse' settings in the Control Panel. Some brands of touchpad allow you to reconfigure tap options.
