Samsung LN52A580 NO POWER
Purchased tv 18 months ago. Had problems with the on and off power cycle. Samsung sent reairman,(3 weeks we waited) replaced capacitor board did not fix problem, sent repairman, (2 weeks we waited) replaced main board fixed problem. 3 months later we are watching tv it went black but we could hear the audio, tried to turn tv off and it just died. There is nothing - no red light just nothing! Of course it is no longer under warranty. We have checked and all the capacitors look fine. What do we need to try? What an ordeal for a $1900 tv. Thanks for any help.

Hey I just had a samsung repairman sent out to my house today, it was going to be free except the capacitors werent the issue. The main board had to be replaced and we had to pay $342. Exact same model as you, LN52A580P6FXZA , version SQ01. For a few hundred more I could've just bought another brand new TV!
